We want to help everyone be able to invest in real estate, no matter how much money they have.

Real estate is by no means the highest return on investment model, but many people still want to be a part of the biggest asset class in the world because it’s prestigious and quiet safe. It’s also not possible to replace unless we go to mars. There’s only so much land available on earth, and we want to help you own a piece of it.

Imagine no longer having to wait to have enough money down to buy real estate? You can now pool with a team of other people who are in the same situation and want to invest in more real estate so together you can OWN real estate and make the same money you would off it if you owned the whole thing, just scaled down to a share to share basis. You can also sell your share of it to the next person and cash out, plus get to keep any of the money you’ve been collecting from rent.

How it works

Contribute towards a pool of money that will be used to purchase a property. You will own a piece of that property and become a part owner of it.

We will find a tenant for the property, and you will participate not only in the ownership of the property, but also in income we receive from renting it.

Here’s where it gets interesting…
Once the property has enough equity in it for us to be able to pull some money out and purchase another property, you will then own pieces of two properties, then three, and so on! It all starts with one investment.
